• Concentric or “donut”: This incision traces all the way around the areola.

• Circumvertical or “lollipop”. Like the concentric incision, this incision traces all the way around the areola but adds a vertical line down toward the bottom of the breast.

• Inverted T or “anchor”: The inverted T incision traces all the way around the areola, down vertically to the bottom of the breast, and horizontally along the inframammary crease where the breast meets the chest wall.

At night place Scar Fx Silicone Sheeting over your clean dry scar. The occlusive barrier provided by the silicone scar sheet helps create an ideal healing environment for your scar.

ScarSil applied during the day.
During the day apply ScarSil Silicone Scar Gel 2-3 times to help maintain the healing environment. ScarSil also helps relieve itchiness and discomfort associated with scars.

Scar Esthetique for discolouration.
Once your scar is flat and smooth, apply Scar Esthetique 3-4 times daily to target remaining discolouration. Many patients see continued results through longterm use of Scar Esthetique.
