Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and fairly.

Important: Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You may request a return within 15 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.


Compression Garments & Stockings (Hygiene Policy)

Due to hygiene and safety requirements, compression garments and stockings can only be returned if they are:

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • With all hygiene seals intact

We cannot accept returns for garments that have been opened or tried on, unless they are faulty or not as described.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

  • Not as described

Contact us as soon as possible at cs@scintera.com.au and we will resolve the issue promptly.

In these cases:

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return address details

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Request a return for your original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

Please note:
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
